However, in the latest Patch 10.1.7 Fury Incarnate PTR build, the source for this mount, now named Eve’s Ghastly Rider, has been added.

It is anticipated that this new mount will be available as a reward from the Trading Post in the future. There’s speculation that it could be the Traveler’s Log reward for October, considering it currently doesn’t require Trader’s Tender currency to obtain.
Hallow’s End occurs each year during the latter part of October and is a seasonal event with Halloween-inspired themes.
