Today, World of Warcraft Season of Discovery begins with a raised level cap of 25. Black Fathom Deeps is also getting an upgrade to a 10-player raid, complete with extra bosses and changes to the raid structure. But when exactly will the server go live?
In World of Warcraft Season of Discovery players will uncover fresh secrets in Azeroth, unlocking class-altering abilities. Unusual combinations like Tanking Warlocks and Mage healers will become possible. The initial level cap for the season is 25, and upon reaching this level, players will encounter a new level-25 endgame.
A key addition in the Season of Discovery is the introduction of Runes. These Runes grant players new powers when engraved on their gear, allowing for unique playstyles and roles for each class. Discovering these Runes and completing associated challenges or puzzles will be a crucial part of the overall gaming experience.
In a recentReddit post, the developers of the populair addon Questie pledged to preserve the integrity of the Season of Discovery. Specifically, Questie will refrain from revealing the location of any Runes while the level cap is at 25. Once the game progresses to its second phase with a level cap of 40, Questie will then display the Rune locations up to level 25.
