In the World of Warcraft Season of Discovery, some players have observed a problem with the Gnomeregan Raid Lockout transitioning to the new 3-day lockout. This resulted in certain players being unable to participate in the current reset.
Blizzard has recognized an issue where players saved to Gnomeregan between 7:00 AM PST on Monday, Feb 19th, and 7:00 AM PST on Tuesday, Feb 20th, did not see their raid lockout reset during today’s maintenance as expected. They are actively investigating the issue and plan to share additional information soon. This update was posted on the official World of Warcraft forum:

We are aware of an issue that caused some players who became saved to Gnomeregan between 7:00AM PST on Monday, Feb 19th and 7:00AM PST this morning (Tuesday Feb, 20th) to not properly have their raid lockout reset during today’s maintenance as expected.
We are currently investigating this issue and hope to have more information very soon. We greatly appreciate your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Gnomeregan is a 10-player raid dungeon consisting of six bosses, including one additional new boss. Each of the previous five bosses has been redesigned to present new challenges within the raid dungeon.
