Blizzard shared a new video on YouTube about the Diablo 4 Midwinter Blight event, explaining the first holiday celebration in Sanctuary. Amidst details about earning Midwinter Proof and the Red-Cloaked Horror, there’s a hint that the event holds undisclosed secrets.

This hint came after a question about a “secret goat level,” likely referring to the ongoing quest for the secret cow level.
During BlizzCon 2023, IGN spoke with the game’s production developer, Tiffany Wat, and associate game director, Joe Piepiora. They dropped some hints, keeping the cow level hunt alive. Wat suggested that players who’ve collected items during their “cow slay-age campaign” might be on the right track and advised them to hang on to these items.
