Even though the Diablo 4 Midwinter Blight event has wrapped up in Sanctuary, there’s no need to worry about missing out on free cosmetics. Adam Fletcher, the Global Diablo Community Development Director, recently shared some exciting updates about what’s in store for Diablo 4 this year.
Fletcher confirmed that the game will feature more events similar to the recently concluded Midwinter Blight. Giving players more chances to unlock cool cosmetic rewards for their characters.
The Midwinter Blight marked a unique festive occasion within the Seasonal realms of Diablo 4, focusing on the festivities of the Red-Cloaked Horror and his joyous demonic followers.
Yeah and many tied around events like we had for Midwinter Blight

Adding more events to Diablo 4 is a smart choice by the development team. Other Blizzard games like World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, and Overwatch also have events and special celebrations for holidays, like Hallow’s End and Winter Wonderland.
A new event for Diablo 4 hasn’t been revealed yet. The game is getting ready for Season 3, and more information about the upcoming season will be available soon. The release date is anticipated to be towards the end of Season 2, probably on Tuesday, January 23.
