Player starts World of Warcraft Classic Hardcore run with only using a DDR mat

World of Warcraft players have always looked for ways to make the game more challenging. A popular streamer, who levelled through the game using only dance mats in 2016 as controllers is about to do it all over again, but this time in the new Classic Hardcore mode.

During BlizzCon 2023, they confirmed the introduction of solo self-found for WoW Classic Hardcore, with a scheduled launch window set for 2024. Solo Self-Found (SSF) was already a favored ruleset for Classic servers in World of Warcraft, but players are now incorporating the solo self-found approach into their hardcore runs. Some players found the Classic hardcore mode a bit too easy, so this adds an extra layer of complexity to the game!

In a recent Twitter post, Twitch streamer Rudeism announced that is started leveling from 1-60 in the Classic Hardcore Mode:

Back in 2016, he danced his way to level 100, putting in over 130 hours to achieve his goal. In his latest gaming session, it took him 12 hours to move from level 95 to 100.
