The cutscene, which you can see below, plays right before the final stage of the questline that gives you the Legendary cloak, Ashjra’kamas, Shroud of Resolve.
The cutscene is part of a scenario in which you help Wrathion in Blackwinf Descent. In there you will encounter Dark Inquisitor Xanesh, who is also one of the bosses in the Ny’alotha, The Waking City raid.
It is no secret that Wrathion plays a big part in the next big patch for World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth, as he has prepared all this time he was away, to find a weapon with which we can fight the old gods.
