As is the tradition each year, Destiny 2 is kicking off its Dawning event. Guardians can now partake in baking cookies, use Dawning Spirits for improvements, try out Stasis Snowballs, discover a new Memento, and more!

Destiny 2 Season of the Wish started on November 28 as the last season leading into The Final Shape. Initially scheduled to end in February 2024, the delay of The Final Shape means Season of the Wish will now run until June 4. This makes Season of the Wish one of the longest seasons in Destiny 2.

New Dawning armor ornaments for Warlocks, Hunters, and Titans can be found in Eververse. Moreover, players who finish the “Amateur Baker Event Challenge” in Destiny 2 before the Dawning event concludes are eligible to buy a Dawning Beanie through Bungie Rewards.

Bungie has introduced a special event called “The Great Dawning Bake Off!” They invite participants to showcase their baking talents by sharing images and videos of their finest desserts inspired by Dawning, Season of the Wish, or Destiny 2. Simply use the hashtag #DawningBakeOff on X to enter. Winners will have the opportunity to be featured in TWID (This Week In Destiny), receive the Art of the Week or Movie of the Week emblem, and obtain the exclusive Draconis Tetrachroma emblem.
